The inside of our salt-cave is made to be similar in nature to a natural salt-mine climate. Breating in this healthy salt air naturally by sitting and relaxing inside the cave is the simple yet powerful way to experience the positive effects.
Why should l go to one?
It is believed that 45 min long salt cave session equals to three days on the beach. To relax and breathe healthy air in the cave like environment while listening to calming music feels like a fresh air oasis in the heavily polluted environment we live in.
